Barb Walizer, founder of Glass Glow, has been an RN for over 13 years with a background in med-surg and over ten years of service in psyche and addiction services for the State of Ohio. She became certified in neurotoxins/dermal fillers/skin rejuvenation by completing both Basic and Advanced trainings through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training in Buffalo NY and Indianapolis, IN. She advanced her aesthetic skills by becoming an MDPen microneedling practitioner. She additionally completed trainings specific to Jevederm Skinvive, Voluma XC, Botox and facial anatomy through Allergan, Restylane and Scuptra through Galderma. “I am committed to continuously advancing my expertise through the latest techniques, innovations, and evidence-based practices in aesthetic medicine.”

At Glass Glow Aesthetics, patient safety and exceptional outcomes are our highest priorities. We are proud to partner with Dr. Igor Shkolnik, MD, who serves as our Medical Director.
Dr. Shkolnik is an Internal Medicine physician with more than 12 years of experience as a practicing hospitalist and over 6 years of experience collaborating with medical aesthetics, IV infusion, and medical weight loss practices.
In addition to his extensive medical background, Dr. Shkolnik has advanced training in aesthetic medicine, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella®, Sculptra®, Skinvive®, and the management of filler complications. He has also completed specialized education in GLP-1 therapies and actively prescribes and manages these treatments within his practice.
Licensed in multiple states, Dr. Shkolnik provides physician oversight and clinical collaboration to support Glass Glow Aesthetics' commitment to safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
